Blood and Bone is the movie which every Action Movie lover would want to watch.Bone an Ex Con comes into the real world where in he does Street fighting with all the local boys and some big kingpins inorder to fulfil a promise given to his friend."I Like to keep my Promises", is what Bone believes in. The First 3 mins of the movie will show you how Bone deals with people who try to Mess with him. Bone is no Bull shitting guy. He is totally focused on what he wants to, irrespective of who is opponent is. Blood and Bone is a perfect timed movie which lasts for 1hr 30 mins which will keep you at the edge of the seat for some hi time Action fights. Michael Jai White played as Bone is a perfect cast for this Character where he does not try to be too much nor too little. Though where was no Bone crunching, but inside ur Stomach your bones are sure to become weak after watching some good kicks and blows.
